I am looking and feeling the best I ever have and I’m so glad I was part of these challenges. Even being on the other side of the world I felt included and never once did I feel I wasn’t getting the right information or felt left out. The challenges include email support personally from Katy who has always answered my questions promptly which has been incredible. I now track my macros every day and know exactly what is going into my body and can be confident in reaching my goals. Katy’s programs introduced me to macros which were explained thoroughly and easy to follow with Katy’s macro calculator on her own website. Even though I felt a bit silly trying them for the first time, now I don’t worry about what others think as I know I’m using the right form, the machines and free weights properly. The workouts were well described, Katy posts videos of every exercise on Instagram which show you the correct form giving you confidence to try new exercises. I now look at my legs and feel incredibly proud and almost In disbelief that I’m starting to achieve this! I now have more confidence in myself and am nowhere near as self conscious. After this I also did the Summer Challenge 2015 to try and get more muscle definition. I cannot express how happy I am that I involved myself with Katy and the Khfitfam!ĭuring the Spring Challenge I lost 10kg (20lbs) and started to slowly shape my body with muscle. I woke up one morning and was so unhappy with myself that I decided enough was enough and signed up for Katy’s Spring Challenge 2015. Living in Australia I was hesitant about signing up as I didn’t know what was involved and didn’t know if living internationally would exclude me from other participants or information during the challenges. ![]() She gave me hope as her own transformation was living proof and showed it was possible to improve your body through consistency, patience and the right workouts.
